Curry Cayenne Stir-fry With Rice and Black Beans


For the recipe just "read more"!
For Stir-fry:
  • Lightly coat skillet with olive oil 
  • Add 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • Once the oil is heated, add about 2-3 ounces of extra firm tofu. let brown for 5 minutes
  • Add your choice of vegetables.
  • In a small mixing bowl add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder, about 2 table spoons of tamari sauce. Mix together and add to stir-fry.
  • Let simmer until veggies are tender and enjoy!
