Nails: "barely there"

This one was different for me, I've never used these colors before, I kept looking at them after they were done and it was as if the colors were barely there!

For this, I painted the lighter color first and after that was dry, I taped off the bottom half of the nail with painters tape (which I will be using from now on). I painted to darker color on the top corner of my nail and then finished off with a clear top coat.
