For Stir-fry:
- Lightly coat skillet with olive oil
- Add 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- Once the oil is heated, add about 2-3 ounces of extra firm tofu. let brown for 5 minutes
- Add your choice of vegetables.
- In a small mixing bowl add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder, about 2 table spoons of tamari sauce. Mix together and add to stir-fry.
- Let simmer until veggies are tender and enjoy!
